Some folks have easier access to the red drum fish vs, the red snapper so don't be shy about cooking this recipe with red drum, it is tasty also. Great cause you are supporting here , my mother is in a convalescent home right now with both parkinsons and alzheimers, it is very heartbreaking to watch/see when i visit her, she is 80.

What an amazing dish Scott. Defiantly going to make this. Also a great cause to support. I lost my grandfather to Alzheimer's and my mother to dementia. It was so painful to watch them loose the battle to this deiseal.

Why would you team up with alzheimer's to cook? You'll forget half the recepie that way. Doesn't seem productive at all.
