If you ever try to make mini calzone remember: that wont be calzone it will be EMPANADA or in plural EMPANADAS. Just chage the filling with mince hard boiled eggs some olives and a little bit of onion. Just deppending on the size, make mini calzone with the filling i wrote here and you will have empanadas from ArgentinaEdit: remember that the dough is thiner

Im a beginner and dont know much about cutting out ingredients. Made these for 1st time and came out perfectly, but I didnt expect 4 huge calzones. Can I cut recipe in half to make 2? Or will it mess everything up?

Use your palms when you knead dough, not your fingers. Youll just tire them out and your hands will get sore. Other than that pretty neato.
