Bread is baked here of all kinds, shapes and tastes. On the streets of India, it is easy to meet dealers of samosa - fried triangular pies with spicy toppings. But the most famous dish of Indian cuisine, long loved in the whole world, is aromatic curry.
Curry is a whole group of Indian sauces. Depending on the region, curry is prepared with legumes, meat, fish and served with boiled rice. As for desserts, Indian sweets, as a rule, are made from nuts, fruits, cereals and legumes - always with the addition of spices. Laddu's favorite Indian sweetness - balls of grated nuts, coconut, spices and chickpea flour - are fried in ghee oil and served on national holidays.
