Aioli mayonnaise
Sorry Jamie, you messed up again just like with paella: P a garlic mayo is just a garlic mayo, despite what the french delude themselves in to believing. An actual aioli doesn't have any eggs and can be made out of nothing but garlic, kosher or sea salt, and olive oil.

Has anyone noticed that at 3: 40 Mike is scraping out a potato skin, sticks the spoon in his mouth and goes back to prepping his potato skins with the same spoon? That should have gotten him a penalty.
Points to Joel Meekis who seems to have noticed it first.

Just rewatching these and I find it interesting that Barry basically repeats his Ultimate Sandwich Battle, the second-ever Ultimate Battle, recipe only using potatoes skins instead of bread.

best part of American cuisine, you can't bastardize it and piss off the entire country. You just piss off regions like Chili from New York pisses off the south and is garbage.

You know when you have something on in the background you've watched before and then you hear something that just stops you in your tracks? Youthful beef dripping.

Compared to your normals, I'm at what's a spoon cooking skill level. And I can make a pizza, kimchi and sauerkraut, I do soups and I make panacotta.

So I finally paused and tried to read the Spanish outrage articles. The one in English calls Jamie a chef, and another one says Jamie Oliver! Lol wth

Ok Jamie. I'm sorry to have to break it to you my Brother, but you are more Martha Stewart than Snoop D. O. Double G. Y D. O. Double G you see!

I mean if a chef is offended about a twist for a dish he might as well eat a burger overcooked without a bun or topings like the original recipe.

So funny watching the guys in the background while the one of them is talking in the beginning. You know, like Barry's face at 2: 00
