liars, that senator rushed forward yelling and screaming, he would not listen, then after they grabbed him he said he was a senator with questions. He already was out of control so they cuffed him, no big deal really. BUT the dems say He was illegally arrested, which he was not, he wasnt even charged! They say they made him bow with his knees on the floor, NO I saw the whole thing, they simply put him down and in cuffs like they would do to anyone being criminal or potentially violent! They said he went to jail, NO NO he didnt, He spoke to Noem right after and it was settled and he said he understood why they did what they did, BUT dems say It was a travesty and look what they did to a US senator! YEAH WELL wrong, and further, look what the US senator did to a press briefing!

Great recipe. Enjoyed the video, mostly.
A subtle reminder, though: an accomplished chef who's pushing 70 starts off the video talking about 'dating' and 'fcking' a burger. Sam, you aren't Benny Hill nor George Carlin, and I would think even they would tailor their material to the subject at hand.
This is annoying from a 20 year old, but expected, pretty much. I think your dopey hanger-on kids, while competent videographers, are unnecessary and a detriment to your videos (besides of course the shooting and editing.
My proof is watching 1 of their solo videos. I recommend they pipe down and concentrate on the shot. Most of us would thank them for it.
Keep up the good work, but comedy isn't your (or their) thing.

Did you know that some of the BEST dill pickles DO NOT contain vinegar They use a fermentation process instead. I wasn't aware you could make dill pickles WITHOUT vinegar! Now im in love with a lot of them. I, too, would definitely like to date them, and if it worked out, maybe even marry them someday. But no children!

Do you realize that you use THREE different measurement for the main ingrediencies So if I want to scale this down and make a small jar I have not a clue what proportion to use Why can't you put the grammes measurement there

Sam The Cooking Guy and That Guy Can Cook are single handedly bringing back the Thicc fat burgers, I made a few half pounders that were half 80/20 angus and half chorizo. I topped it with a scorpion pepper/garlic aioli, pepper jack, fried jalapenos and fried onions.

I prefer to put the onion slice on top of the burger for 1 or 2 minutes, then cheese on the onion. Softens up the onion, easier to bite and takes some of the punch out of the onion. Now, I am ALL about caramelized onions

With all due respect, a burger like this is not a sandwich but a deconstruction project. Its height far exceeds my bite. Eating it piecemeal defeats the effort and culinary outcome. Im limited to smash burgers.

Years ago my dad cut a piece of PVC pipe with a diameter of about 4. 5 inches and half an inch thick and used that to shape his burgers. Now I have that burger ring and use it all the time

The Aioli and cheese competely ruins a fantastic burger! These mayo based slop sauces are overwhelmingly disgusting to the max and are a huge distraction from the heart of the recipe.
