These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

Hells yes, idk why ive never thought to mayo grain musto the outside of the bread. Fyi, next time you make the mayo, musto blend. add in some instant potato flakes for a crispy french fry flavored crusting. I cant do onions cause i melt and dont wanna smell like balls, so swap the onions for bacon or maybe Reuben blend on mine and gotta have it with tots, fried bacon mac balls, or baked cheesy crispy chedder mac.

I may have to make this in my Panini press. Although the one I have is an older Breville that has a flat side and grill mark side. So I only get grill marks on one side unless I flip the sandwich. I usally don't because I just want a toasted pressed sandwich. Grill marks on both sides is cool but not a necessity. The press is designed to open up to a flat top for pancakes.

I liked the video just bc I have watched you since the sam show over 10 years ago but it's time for Max to grow up and clean it up a little. I watch with the kiddos and did not like having to explain certain verbage used in this. Love you Sam, grow up max.

Single guy here. I use my Panini press a couple times a week. Don't have an outdoor grill. It's awesome for sandwiches, steaks, chicken, pork, bacon, kabobs, vegetables. You name it. I'd be lost without it. Great video Mr. Zien.

Buying your cast Iron Flip flattop for my kitchen has seriously been one of the best purchases ive made in a while. That and your knife have become constant tools that i dont know how I lived without.

If you want a really good pepper jack, try Boar's Head brand three pepper jack cheese. I tried it once and it's now my family's everyday cheese. It's got the best of both worlds: heat AND flavor.

I got my cooking inspiration from you and Andy, the two of you showed me valuable cooking skills and taught me I didn't need to go to culinary school to cook as a hobby

Hey Sam I know you love the Kewpie as much as I do but try Nando’s sauce for the bread prior to toasting. You’re welcome.

Denny's solved the grilled cheese with their Super Bird. Sour dough bread, sliced turkey, slice of tomato, and Swiss cheese.

I had a panini press growing up and we used it every day til it died. They are amazing and under utilized in home kitchens.
