These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

I’m still waiting on you to try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

Ok. Next time, instead of cutting the brat open, melt the cheese and use a meat injector to fill the center of the brat with the cheese. That should prevent all the cheese melting and running everywhere like that. Go in from both sides, stop the plunger about a half-inch from the end. Cool idea. I'm going to use Johnsonville Beddar Cheddars to make corn dogs some day, and was thinking about injecting a little extra cheese into them; hell, if you wanna give that one a go, by all means.
(that's what she said)

To answer the pigs in sht question, no if they have a place to poop and enough room to hang out somewhere else them that's what they'll do. They do like to cover themselves in mud to keep biting insects off off them and to cool down. Give them a clean place in the sun, maybe a concrete pad, and they'll lay there most of the day if it's cool out side. I know, you probably didn't really care if they were happy in sht and I'm not a pig farmer, but saw it on the internet, for what that's worth

When did dog become a synonym for sausage and not a specific sausage I order a pretzel dog and you serve me some rank ass bratwurst we are going to have words. I order anything with the word dog in it and you don't serve me a literal hot dog we are going to have words. No polish. No brat. No smoked. Those things all have names. And none of them is effing dog.

Sam this is another fantastic video!
However, I was stationed in Germany for three years and Oktoberfest takes place in September. Yeah, I know celebrating OKTOBERfest in September makes no sense. Even my German Grandmother thought it was nuts.
Still, I think this was another great video. I am really looking forward to the next one.

Don't feel bad about the preheating oven debacle. My father in law stored ALL of his cast iron cookware in his oven. Who knew I went to make cookies, preheated oven to 350 degrees, and then had to deal with pots and griddles and skillets that were all 350 degrees. Yikes!

Pigs are one of the few farm animals that will NOT defecate where they sleep, so there are not happy in their own, but they seem to like other animals waste. They cannot sweat so they lay in mud/crap to cool down

What a great easy recipe. I will definitely make this over the weekend. To proof the dough in a warm place just put the oven light on. Provides just enough heat to warm it up. I have been doing that for years

The processed plastic wrapped cheese was the wrong choice.
If it had better non-fake processed cheese I'd bet it would be wonderful.
No fake kraft plastic wrapped cheese though!

you can add cheese if you fully enclose the dog, they sell them like that at my local farmers market, along with other varieties like pepperoni pizza, ham and cheese and more.

I bet if the one with the cheese had been fully wrapped the dough would have kept the cheese inside.
Maybe the next shorts could be some dips for these!
