One of the absolute best things to grill when summer arrives Heres another great grilling idea for lamb, especially if you buy your meat at a butcher rather than at the meat counter of a grocery store: Buy a leg of lamb (yes, I know. but bear with me) and ask the butcher to cut lamb steaks (that are at the top of the leg. Youll get 2-3 but they are very special. Then have the butcher take the rest of the leg of lamb and cube it up for Spiedies (or kabobs or whatever you call it) and package those into 1 pound packages so that you can freeze them. Then take the steaks and do a rub or whatever and grill them. But make sure that whatever you are going to serve with them (and these are rich so you want something with some acid in it to cut the richness) is all ready because lamb steaks cook super fast and you want to grill these LOW so that the lamb doesnt turn into shoes. Enjoy.\n

You said there is a very good chance you will make what we suggest in the comments. It’s more like a very good chance you won’t make it. I’m still waiting on you to try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve only been asking since September 5, 2023
The rack of lamb did look good though.

I was beginning to think Lamb was completely unknown in America. Probably my favourite meat to eat as a roast. Leg of Lamb (on the bone, pierced deep with a sharp knife and then into each cut push in a good slice of garlic, a good piece of anchovy fillet and a small sprig of Rosemary. Cuts should be about 3cm apart. Serve with a classic pesto using Coriander (cilantro) instead of Basil. This will blow your mind. promise.

Chilli, cumin combination (especially chipotle chilli powder) sounds more Mexican than classic Chinese . Just adding Szechuan peppercorns isn’t gonna cut it. I’m thinking a pinch or two of five spice powder. Personally I don’t mess about with my lamb chops, just salt, grill and pepper when it comes off the grill.

Love, love love lamb. The best lamb I've bought in the US comes from a farm in New Mexico called NIght Sky Lamb. They breed Dorper lamb which in my humble opinion is the absolute BEST tasting lamb money can buy. I highly recommend you check them out. If someone says they don't like lamb, this lamb will convert them!

Lamb has been on our family's table for as long as I can remember. I ate it as a child, my children ate it and now my grandson eats it. We've had fun introducing lamb to our friends. I also need a knife.

I want to see your interpretation of Tuscan Sausage and Grapes: Italian sausage with grapes in a butter-red wine sauce.
From when I’ve made it, it is an interesting flavor, but I think it could be elevated.

Yum and double yum. Saw it was lamb today and thought you were making lamb with queso the recipe I submitted last month. But that’s ok I’d eat with the no utensil king anytime

As good as this always looks, I can't believe I've never made it. Probably because you can't just pick it up and any local grocery store, but I'm going to have to do this.

Lamb loves salt. After slicing into lolly pops I reseason the exposed surfaces with flake salt and fresh cracked pepper corn. Washer down with a South Oz shiraz.

I just can't acquire the taste for lamb. I'd be willing to have that conversation with you though. Maybe if I could get a free knife, I'd give it a another try.

Lamb is a lovely meat - such a different flavour from other red meats! I am surprised that more Americans don't eat it. Thanks for a great recipe, Sam!

I LOVE Lamb but my father made it this year and it was pure hell to eat. I'm gonna be passive aggressive and show him this video. Thanks Sam the lamb god.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that I haven't liked any of your videos you're putting out, so reluctantly, I'll be watching the next one also.

I love lamb, especially a proper seasoned and cooked lamb. Sadly, I'm the only person in my house that will eat lamb, so it tends to go to waste.

I love lamb, you don't have to sell me on it. But yours looks really good. How about adopting me I don't eat too much and I'm potty trained

Love the flavor combination of that rub. I used it on a rack of Baby Back ribs cooked on the grill and they were outstanding

If you have to use knives like those for cutting steak, then your teeth are inadequate for the task of chewing said steaks

I’ve never done a rack of lamb, but this flavor combo is inspirational! I’ve got the Book, so I’ll be sure to try it!

Looks amazing, all I need is a sharp set of knives to cut up the rack. Hmmm, wonder where I could get one of those
