I hate to be this guy but that s garlic mayo, aioli doesn t have eggs. I m pretty sure that the mayo you use isn t egg less. Just call it garlic mayo. Making aioli with the gear you have isn t hard either!

That looks so good, I'm gonna make it tomorrow but all pig products are illegal where I live so all smoked turkey and maybe turkey or beef bacon (If I can find it which most of the time I can't)

Can you stop calling garlic mayo garlic aioli! Garlic mayo is garlic and mayo which you make. Aioli is an emulsion made from garlic and olive oil.
