I'm not looking to win the Father's Day present you're going to give. I don't think I am really there in terms of a good competitor. It's really hard to compete in terms of what it means to be a Father. I just wanted to share some thoughts I had, and I hope someone gets this that will love this and USE it too. It isn't a show piece, much like Fatherhood. It isn't something you show off on a mantel or trophy case. Lately, over the past 2 years, I've been in a working relationship with a coworker. She already has a family. Daughter, Son, grandchildren. and sadly a deceased husband. What her and I have discovered about ourselves is that we're in no rush to pursue past amazing friendship. why ruin something so good by complicating the situation by crossing further into what could be dangerous territory? WE BOTH agreed and this has been almost the most amazing thing in my life. I say almost because, she has children, and grandchildren. all of which I can spoil as I wish, or lead and teach as I wish. I am very resolute in what I share and one thing they ALL like is my cooking. I am white, and my partner is black. Her entire family is black. Was I scared? At the start, yes. I was. I didn't want to offend ANYONE. But what I experienced through the first few cookouts with them was that it was the BEST cookout experience I have EVER had. And now, I share that with the kids and grand kids. I've taken a lot of lessons from You, Guga Foods, Gordon Ramsay and a few others in terms of cooking. I for one am very thankful I can do my part and share something amazing, with the help of others like you. I hope that someone, who is worthy, and is actually a Father (albeit I am not anything more than a Step-Father by position alone). could win this and show through good experiences and adventures just how wonderful he is on the grill and in the kitchen. It is an experience to behold, but beheld by few.

Raycon are garbage. I had a pair and they broke way to easy. And to bring up America hating far leftist extremists like snoop dog and cardy B like as if that s supposed to mean something. They support the guy that makes raycon because he is black and most blacks in entertainment and Hollywood hate white people and think they are oppressing them yet stars like Bionce and jay z are worth a billion dollars. This looks amazing! I wanted to ask a favor though, my father LOVES your videos! I swear if you two ever met-you d be good friends. BUT-my dad is hard of hearing and watches all shows with closed captions on to help catch every detail. This video, among others don t have the option to turn on the captions. Is there any way you could change that? Happy almost Fathers Day!

Well sam I dont know if I'm worthy but well to start an evo would change my life. I am a father of 3 but have 2 extra children through my wife. Love them all. But it so hard to cook on a small stove for all them. This would save my life lol. Also a farm worker on minimum wage in AZ. but love you videos! This recipe is a must to make! Sam you deliver like always!

Hey just want to say that I watch with my kids and the fact that you swear is actually great! Hear me out people it not only gives my kids the chance to see great food made but hear what happens in the real world and allows my husband and I to in real time teach our kids that yeah there s a time and place for everything so thanks!

My father is my hero. He s allways worked his hardest to support me and my family. He recently survived 23 day and a ventilator and beat covid-19. He still isn t fully recovered but still cooks me and my mom dinner every single day and it would be the best gift in the world if I could give him a brand new flattop for Father s Day.

My MOM was my Mom and dad. dad left our home when I was 2, and we reconnected when I was 48. he just passed away last year, a guy that doesn't deserve shat, but did get things right with the right PERSON. before he passed. I nominate him, and I will gladly cook on the EVO in his name. or is that HIS NAME.

I ordered the Japanese mayo that you always use, it was a little pricey but I said to my self it will be worth it. To my dismay it tastes 110% just like Dukes mayo but 3 times the cost. Plz sir do your self a favor and try Dukes mayo and tell me it's not the same. Keep up the good work and love your show

I am with you on the knife. I would be looking for something to cut. I don't have one that would cut hot butter. I got several stitches in my hand from trying to cut a sweet potato with a knife that wasn't sharp enough. I would buy one, but I am disabled, on Social Security and can't afford it.
