I chose other. We have had a family tradition for the past several year in making a. TURDUCKEN! A turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken with stuffing stuffed all around. Since the birds are deboned (my wife does that work, lol) it cooks faster and it is just slice and serve and DAMN it is freaking awesome!

You are beyond amazing! I follow your recipes (because they look so good) but woefully underestimate the ingredient quantities. Any tips for someone who just likes to make (amazing) food for themselves/friends? -- had to edit the amazing lol

I have heard about spatchcocked turkeys cooking in about 90 minutes. I have done chickens this way before and it only takes about 50 minutes for a 3-pound chicken. I think it would be great if you could try cooking a turkey this way.

how about a spatchcock turkey? too untraditional? might be a good way to cook a bird in a pinch and still maintain juicy meat throughout the different cuts. HOW ABOUT A WILD TURKEY? (MORE FLAVOR)

The Gordon Ramsay Thing is called a Honing Steel. It is not a knife sharpener. It's purpose is to hone the edge to line it up so that it cuts straight, but it does not replace an actual sharpener.

Hey Sam, so I need your expertise. Because of you we bought a griddle grill like the one you have. Love, love, love it! Thanks! However, I know I'm not cleaning it correctly. How do you clean yours?

Hey Sam and Max. how about a rotisserie style turkey? Like the chicken you made earlier? Also I have heard Matt Chandler say that Panini is a 7 way of calling it a sandwich.
