I horded mushrooms at the store yesterday. actually I didn't they were one of the few items left that I really love. But anyway I have lots of mushrooms. Since horders have emptied the pasta shelves I am not going to try to hunt this down. I have a pasta maker at home so I will make fresh which ALWAYS turns out wonderful. Should be able to find the frozen spinach and ricotta thats not a horder favorite. We are good to go tonight!

I made this and my laaagna was dry and terrible. I had to throw it out. I don't know what went wrong because I followed the reciepe. the sauce absorbed while in the fridge the following day. definately not keeping thos reciepe.

I made this but the sauce absorbed in the noodles and it wasnt enough. it's okay but not as good as I expected it would be. I followed the reciepe exactly. but I used crimini mushrooms
