I am sure my mole is nowhere as good, since i buy the Donya Maria brand from my local grocery store, but it is still pretty good. Usually, chicken is used for Mole dish, but a couple of nights ago, I blackened some catfish and then put the mole sauce on the side Everyone loved the mole sauce on the fish Highly recommended. Thank you for this fantastic video. You know how to travel well

So this is probably the 4th time I have watched this video and out of all of the thousands of food videos I have watched, this is the most amazing. As accomplished a home chef as I like to think of myself, this is so far out of my ability to recreate, it might as well be made on Saturn. Wish I was there with the presenter. Great job young man.

That was amazing to watch. My family has its own version of this (northern Mexico, different access to ingredients) and this blew me away because I can see where we made substitutions and why. I love that you appreciated the work that went into the mole. Food is universal. Sharing is one of the best ways to connect with people.

My mother in law is from San Pancho Guanjuato Mexico and she made mole from scratch she used many of the same ingredients only she used tortllas in place of bread and the crackers she uses pine nuts, & almonds but each region of mexico makes mole different you should goto other places lol time to make another trip mark lol

Loved the video. The people seemed so amazing and KIND. What a great video Mark It was hard to watch during certain points because of the chewing/mouth noises (same reason I could never sit through a Mukbang/Meokbang) but the content was so interesting I suffered through it Will definitely be watching more.

My mom would make mole when I was young but I wasn't a fan; now that my taste buds have matured I truly appreciate all the work she has put into making us mole especially since I would use to help her make it Too bad my younger ungrateful sister prefers american fast food. tsk still young and dumb: (

Mark love this video because i am from Mexico, mole I think is the best flavour in mexican food that you can find out there, and you were so lucky to experimented this food from scratch such a great experience love your kindness with people, my best wishes to you and your videos and familiy

Beautiful video, but we Mexicans are so kind and generous people that we take strangers as friends, that's why we lost so much land throughout out centuries to invaders, thinking they were kind people like us but they had evil thinking, maybe we should learn from all this
