Hello friends, my name is Gayan. I am a Sri Lankan. I have a request to make to you. As everyone knows, my country is very famous for its elephants. But an unfortunate incident has happened. There is an elephant in Sri Lanka, his name is Bhathiya. He is a wild elephant. These days, he is fighting between his life and death. Due to some illness, he cannot even stand up or eat. He is very weak. The high officials in Sri Lanka have felt sorry for this animal. Now, when this animal is close to death, no one, not even the government, has intervened in this. This land does not belong to humans alone. The animals in the forest also have a great right to live freely. I have one request to you. If you can show this message to the world to save this animal, which our government does not have the facilities to do, if there is anyone who can intervene in this, please intervene and save the life of this animal. That is for you and me. Thank you. I kindly request you to spread this message as much as possible. Let's show the whole world that this world does not belong to us alone.

Wow Mark, this XXXLsize mud crab feast in Sri Lanka is absolutely jawdropping! The way you cracked into that massive shell and captured every bubbling bit of juice was so satisfying. You truly bring out the essence of Sri Lankan seafood from its unbeatable freshness to the rustic flavors of curry and coconut-infused sauces. Watching you enjoy every bite made me feel like I was right there on the beach.

It's not gi gang normous it's gi normous. How anyone can get that wrong is just pure ignorance. Its the 21st century. Why have people not evolved from the cave man mentality and still eat like a neanderthal man with there fingers. I think that's why cutlery was invented, so you didn't have to use your fingers and look like a five year old.

I tried Ministry of Crab in Bangkok last yeardefinitely a splurge, but the 2 kg crab was unforgettable! We shared it between four people, and with drinks it came to about 2, 800 THB each. For something budget-friendly, Manel Lanka's set meal for 130 THB is insanely tasty and feels like a home-cooked feast.

I'm so lucky & grateful to be able to eat everyday without problems.
Mark mentioned that the best thing about different food, it brings back memories of some of the places you've ever been. But it's hard to find food that tastes like home. Nothing beats your mother's simple & comforting meal at home.

You know you watch too much foodtube when your like Ministry of crab And those crab shells on the wall, I think I know this place and I sort of do, but not sure about this location. Sonny from Best ever food review show has been to some locations. . Wondering if I should be watching exercise tube lol.

The chicken curry doesn’t quite hit the mark in terms of authenticity. Additionally, the messy presentation all over the table isn’t exactly appealing. It seems they took a little piece of genuine Sri Lankan cooking with them when they left the country.

Actually we Sri Lankan never use masala. Masala is Indian one. We use Sri Lankan curry powder, it’s totally different from the masala, different mix of spices. We called it Thunapha’.

I can see what you're talking about the way the crab was cooked to give it that flavor and taste you're looking for. The chef shows his experience in style in which he does the job.

Imagine if a magat saw him eating rice with his hands lol, they would probably pop a blood vessel since according to them thats not what civilized people do. Food looks amazing btw

I LOVE cuisines that incorporate the delicious dried-fish into certain dishes. Sri Lanka, Fiji, and Philippines are 3 countries who do this I am sure there are many others!

IDK if this guy has a girlfriend. But I'll be his gay lover. If he lets me travel & eat food with him. My only rule is he's not allowed to touch me.

Ngl, I had tried the black pepper and the chillie Gralic and Chillie garlic was the best flavor among others in Ministry of Crab
