As a kid, I never realized we were poor, but my mom made entomatadas all the time. I loved them, then as an adult I was making them for my wife and she asked if my mom grew up poor. I told her yes, dirt floor poor in Juarez, Mexico. THen she smiled and she told me corn tortillas and a can of tomato sauce, onions, cilantro and cheese = poor I still love these and make them all the time but, it s odd what you are not aware of when you grow up in a happy home. My mom did what she had to do to put good food on the table, and I loved her cooking. When I watched you making them, memories flooded back

Have you considered adding measurements, maybe in multiple languages to your videos? When others do I can watch cooks all over the world. I think your style could be appreciated in other countries/languages as well. Like overlay written on screen.

YUMMO! This will work beautifully for a quick pantry meal for hubs esp since he is unable to do very much as far as heat goes.
