Today I am cooking at home and making one pan-roasted chicken and vegetable dinner. You can use any vegetable assortment you like and season with your favorite rub. Ingredients 4. 5 lb whole chicken (thawed) 2 Tbsp seasoned salt of choice 2 tsp lemon pepper 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp dried thyme 2 tsp dried rosemary fresh sage (optional) 2 large lemons 3 medium to large carrots 1 large onion 1 head of garlic 12 oz fresh green beans 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes 1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth 4 Tbsp cooking oil BAKE 375 F / 190 C 20 to 22 minutes per pound or until internal temp of the thickest part of chicken breast reaches 180 F /82 C

A roast chicken is a classic and delicious family meal! I love to do mine on my gas grill rotisserie. Your method saves all the delicious schmaltz for the veggies!
