Hi Maangchi, I'm an avid fan all the way from the Philippines and I've been selling kimchi using you recipe on you tube. Normally I'm a good follower, I don't know why when I'm making my 3rd batch of kimchi I didn't measure the salt I kinda just wing it, and now the result is I think its too salty. Is there any way I could salvage this? Please help me Maangchi juseyo. Jebal

Hi Maangchi. I made kimchi following your recipe. I tasted it right after making it. Does kimchi meant to be salty or not? Can I still possibly add chili days after checking it? Just in case: -)

I made this last night and maybe only after 12 hours of fermenting I ate it. It's so good! Much better than the store bought ones. Thank you so much! Your recipes are very helpful.
