For a quick, healthy and colourful lunch Jamie's Crispy Salmon Tacos are sure to hit the spot. Cajun spiced, flaky fish topped with a rainbow coloured salsa that's just bursting with flavour. All piled into homemade flatbreads and drizzled with chilli oil. Brian: As a Mexican I kinda feel insulted. Not yogurt Jamie! Table cream! (sour cream is also a good substitute. Also that is a Pico de gallo, not a salsa. Put all those ingredients (except for the avocado) under morter and pestle and then it's a banging salsa! And one last thing, don't cut the tortillas, that rim is magnificent and will hold the filling of the taco in!
Definitely gonna try this because it does look out of this world, in a true Mexican fashion!
