When you say never cut at an angle. will you please elaborate and explain why? I have seen some say to cut sandwiches at angles to create the nice, first, easy, bite. Is it dependent on ingredients or type of sandwich? I know for some ingredients or cuisine angle of cut unlocks texture or flavor(sushi for example. Thanks and love the recipes

Gordon, you're out of your mind if you think I'm turning on the stove for a snack. Madeleines from scratch as a snack lmao. Here's a snacking recipe - Spread tortilla chips on a paper plate, top with shredded cheese and microwave. Increase microwave time to turn the nachos into singular block of chips/solidified cheese.

Just cooked those eggs with naan and mint sauce and it s a hit with my 6 year old. He is saying it s 100% delicious and I need to serve it every day now, and mint sauce with every meal.

Would whisking the eggs as Gordon does for the Madeleines, but to use as scrabbled eggs work? I mean as making them fluffier? Or would that be much too aerated?
