Not that it would matter to ramsey but i wonder how much oxtail cost where he buys it because thrifty wouldnt be a word i use oxtail is expensive at least where i stay it is chicken is the only cheap meat out here

Oxtails used to be a good priced but soon the butchers and grocers caught on that oxtails are a big part of a lot of carribean and latino cuisine and the prices went up.
