Hi Emma, thank you for all of your wonderful recipes, YUM! -When I was a teenager the -Bundt- pan was very popular and they -Bundt- used to made a cake mix that was a chocolate cake with an appro. 2- center of very moist coconut, OMG, this was to die for. I-ve looked and I-ve tried a lot of different recipes, but the coconut center is never as moist and soft. There were 2 mixes 1 for the cake and one small packet that you added something like milk to it, then you grease and flour the Bundt pan pour 1/2 of the chocolate batter then spoon the coconut centered around the pan then top with remaining batter and bake. I was wondering if you would have any idea of how to make something like this? -Thanks Doris -

Hi, I just made this recipe and I noticed the cakes did not rise very much and I think they are the same size (about 1 inch height ) as your video but certainly look thinner slices than when you show the slice in close up. You don't state what your dry ingredients are in your video so not sure if you missed including baking soda on the written ingredients or if it really does not need baking soda because you are already using 3 tsp of baking powder. Could you please confirm there is no need for baking soda in the recipe? I am giving the cake as a gift so hoping it will still taste good. It smells fantastic!

I made it today on my husband-s birthday and he loved it. I didn-t have time to make the dark chocolate frosting and I decorated the cake using dark chocolate shavings on top of it and strawberries. -The end result was wow even from me and from my family members. -The taste is sooooo good and delicate, the coconut flavour is amazing. -I give this cake recipe 5 stars, it-s a winner. Thank you!

Made this cake today for our ladies get together party. I topped it with cream cheese frosting. I didn't have coconut yogurt and extract for the cake. Even then it tasted amazing. Within few minutes cake got finished. Thanks to Emma for this wonderful recipe. It looked good as well for a beginner baker like me but not as aesthetically satisfying as Emma's. -Thanks to Emma ---

Emma, I Love your cakes. They are gorgeous. Can you please make a chocolate mousse battenberg/ checkerboard cake. Trader Joe's in the USA used to make a beautiful one and then they discontinued it. I'd love to see you make that. I know if you do it, it'll be perfect!
