We served 1200 people between 7 of us in the space of 3 hours! The line was endless. It was a big Christmas feast, pork, ham, turkey, lots of vegies, gracy, white sauce, and we had vegan and vegetarian option! I LOST 3KG THAT NIGHT lmao. I served so many people. I was also the fasted dish washer cause I actually gave a shi#. Smashed through 32 dishes before I left. We used about 40 large trays so I was proud I helped the girls before I clocked out for the night. Took 3 weeks to prep.

How can you possibly top this next year? I mean, you got caviar, wagyu beef, black truffle, iberico ham, and so many other great (and expensive) ingredients. Its gonna be tough. but certainly delicious.

Imagine an alternate universe where Action Bronson and Matty Matheson decided to work at Wolfgang Puck for their career and they're just casually chilling in the background of this video.

Its funny how he exudes the glamour business with his little digs at his employees to show of his position in this video. The face of the sushi chef says it all lol

It amazes me how varied the human society has become. There's one living normal common life and the other having food on gold plates. At the end we all being humans. smh

It has to be at least 5Million kitchen cost, chefs, cooks, waiters, busboys, caviar, steaks, veggies etc etc. TAX THE RICH, while we barely make ends meet.
