hmm as someone who grew up in a country where meat was a luxury, I see meat as a high-class food rather than a manly food. I was surprised that in the Western world, it's a masculine thing to be a meat eater vs feminine to be a vegetarian. There are many monks here in Asia, and they are all vegetarian, and never have I once they were less manly than other men. Western culture can be weird about the gender norms.

Women generally try to eat healthier as society's value on a woman's appearance is much more apparent than men's. The evolution argument doesn't make sense because if the men were eating meat/fat, so were the women. Gorillas and horses have far more complex digestive systems that utilize plant foods better; they have organs we do not have and can convert nutrients that we cannot. This is a poorly misguided video

it could be biological just not in the way it states in the beginning. women needed more meat because they require more Iron due to menstruation, being able to provide your partner with meat made you appear stronger. and then that contributes to the cultural stereotypes.
