Listen up Endo. I know this is demanding- but im okay with that and so should you be. You gotta make more vids- you have an eclectic and varied knowledge of many things that you use to your advantage to slam together things that (I anyway) see as original and creative. love your vibe, love your manner, love your subject matter (although you once spoke of working on a bar toss me some new moves as thats what I do) Keep this up PleAse! cant get enough, Im routing for you to get picked up for a tv series.

It works great! I substituted 2 different sizes of plastic tubing to connect both the bowl stem and the out/vacuum bag side. Heating the tubing in boiling water lets you stretch it over the sawed off plastic tube and it fits without stretching over the bowl stem.

Smoker guns must have nosedived in price since this video, because there are like half a dozen models on Amazon for 20-30 bucks; I'm assuming all of which will not add that burnt plastic taste to your food that your setup undoubtedly will when the plastic finally melts.

Anyone actually made (and use) this? I'm wondering about the plastic melting after use, the cold smoke leaving plastic taste/smell in food, and harmful fumes actually coming out of the gun. Anyone?

great video. thanks. inspired me! Did you make your own wood chips too instead of the polyscience ones? Where did you find small wood chips? My local store only sells large wood chips for BBQs etc.

This is the greatest thing I've seen. You're like chef macguyver! I just bought the vacuum (search keyboard vacuum on ebay, 11 bucks when I bought it) and definitely making this ASAP!

The amazon link is to a different vacuum that appears to have a filtration system with no easy-to-access outtake. Anyone know where to find the one that's in the video?
