is suya back in Nigeria cook under a hot sand? because long time ago, my friend used to bring something like that, i don't quite recall from which part of Africa she brought the meat, but one thing am sure of that the meat is so soft and i really like the chilli powder. awesome!

Except for the Days, it doesn't really look too appetizing. I know African food and a lot of it is good but it's really not the most appealing to look at.
