My Mother's people (Zenn Family & Gentry Family) are from Beaumont, TX. I grew up in California and my Uncles made these very same link's. It is definitely an art, and you have NEVER tasted a link like this! You can only find them in Beaumont, TX or maybe when eating with a family who has roots in Beaumont, TX. I grew up in Beaumont, Tx not far from this barbeque resturant. I love those links, it's been years since I have been there. I live in Houston now. My next trip to Beaumont I will make sure to get by Patillo's. Man I miss my home town!
