How To Make Stuffed Mushrooms - Hilah Cooking
video description
You look so hung over. Decades ago when I was a young man, I worked at a Ralph's grocery and had been drinking the night/morning before I started my shift. The store assistant manager walked up to me and ask, -Are you hung over? - I honestly replied that I was not and when he walked away I told the cashier that I wasn't hung over because I was still drunk and just hadn't gotten to hung over yet. So Ron Hills, if you ever read this, you were so close but no cigar buddy. Lord am I glad I don't drink like that anymore.
P. S. Not only can you train a monkey to be a 'courtesy clerk/box boy, but you can do the jog drunk.

Here's Succotash. My grandfather used to make it a lot. You take 2 lbs of lima beans (If using dry, soak them for 3-4 hours before cooking. Boil about 3 qts of water with a little pepper added and then add in the lima beans. Cook at a moderate boil for 10 minutes then add 3 cups of corn, (Traditionally you're suppose to shuck the ear but canned is fine) 2 smoked ham hocks (was originally bear meat I heard, salt&pepper to taste and 4-6 chopped onions. Reduce to low heat and cook for an hour.

just discovered your Blog, and I have a feeling I going to b very happy that I did. Hopefully anyway? LOL. With my life as it has been lately, I need a few laughs.
Another note, I have a terrible stomach that gets heartburn with everything. What else can I use instead of churizo or sausage? Hope to hear from you. Cherie

San Manuel Chorizo is the best you can use. Less greasy and perfect amount of spices. Its processing plant is here in south Texas so I don't know if that brand is available outside of Texas. This is definitely on my hungover breakfast to do list. Thanx you potty mouth princess. Great video and to the point =)

Hi Cherie! I have some other ideas for fillings on my website, but you could probably just use some ground pork or turkey and spice it just with some salt and pepper and thyme or another herb that won't bother your stomach.

Making delicious food even when hung over? Now that is the definition of a classy Texas gal. I'd tip my hat to you, but I haven't got a hat.

I made these a couple days ago. I went for the breakfast sausage with parsley, green onions and parmesan. They turned out great. Thanks Hilah.
