im so sorry but i cant resist saying this. Aside that what you cook might taste good, but as pure italian, that is NOT a frittata. Apart from the fact that we mostly cook with olive oil, never butter. But most importantly you're suppose to FLIP the frittata with the frying pan lid! (which i assure you takes technique) Its also a less time and energy consuming! And trust me tastes better too: ) Just please make another video or change the title of this one.

I'm with ya on Frittatas being a fun food. Ya can load 'em with any kind of goodies ya want, though i'd leave the hard candies out. -
YUM! -
Boy! That Daisy critter sure looks like one of those real killer dogs. Don't she? What a cute pup. I hate all the bad rep they are gettin'. Mine is 12 yo and still just lives to play fetch with the neighborhood kids on the lawn. Killer dogs my ass.

Hi Hilah, greetings from Italy! :)
I really enjoy your videos!
May I give you just a couple of -tips-! Actually we put the zucchini in the eggs, and we usually don't put it under the broiler, but we turn it upside down, then we use oil instead of butter.
Besides what you said, you could also -recycle- spaghetti leftovers making a frittata with it. ;)
Bye,
J

I don't think you've had that little microphone in all of your videos. I don't watch every -episode-, although I could / should be more experimental in kitchen, because I always cook same stuff. Good sound quality now though, but there seems to be a little hiss noise in the background.

Great vid, I always make omlets, but not fritatas, why not? And I have a cast iron I use ALL the time also, so I wll give it a go. I love the Daisy clip, she should be on more often, I thought she was on the floor, but no on the couch, she is one spoiled pooch, an only child? TFS

-ricklude Oh yeah, they're a great way to use up leftover meats and veg and just about anything!
Yeah, Daisy's a heartless animal, can't you tell? Seriously, though, she is TOTALLY spoiled and would sleep on the couch all day if we let her!

So weird. When you broil the frittata in Australia we'd call it like -puttin under the grill- I'll have to look to see if you've done biscuits and gravy, something I've never eaten unless biscuits are scones. Love your show: -)

A yummy and easy variation on the good ol' omelet. I can see whipping one up for lunch tomorrow. I like when you give me ideas. -
You might be able to hire Daisy out as a rhythm section for a band. :-)
