It's hard to know what to say about this, given how I like Adam in the way that I enjoy his energy and enthusiasm. and intellectual thirst. The singing here though, while raw is questionable, and the song itself seems to glorify financial greed. ( Unless of course it's supposed to be ironic.
In other words, it's a tad non inspirational and plodding. (By that I mean, there are no 'uppy downy' bits to the song. It's great that Adam, a brilliant and engaging chef has picked up, and is learning how to play the instrument though.
Now, THAT is inspirational. But never forget, as the drummer, Eric Singer from KISS said very cleverly, if you're IN the audience you ARE a part of the band.

When I hear your vocals Im reminded of something a choir director said when I was a teenager. They said don't sing from under the note but land on top. The idea was to be slightly sharp if anything and then drop onto the note, your vocals sound like you are flat going up. I don't know if that is helpful at all, but I think of it when I hear you singing on these songs you are releasing.

More mixing notes for you. Instruments sounded great! Vocals were super clean. Whatever your recording setup is, it's awesome. Only note I'd add is the vocals need a little pizzaz. Reverb, delay, distortion, background harmonies (or even a layering of the same vocals with delay and lower volume) are all great techniques to just fill in the vocals a bit. Keep it up!

If you think you got money for shit, do something about it! Create a foundation for charitable causes. Endow some scholarships at institutions of higher education and put your high schooler and college or university at the top of the list. Just do it!

A lot people commenting saying midlife crisis but I think it's awesome you're doing something different. As a musician who hopes to be still making music as I get older, I respect the hell out of this. Plus I genuinely think the songs are good.

I'm all for the new musical expression, but man. these lyrics are not it hahaha. I get it, it's satire, but maybe a little more polish could've been applied to the lyric writing and/or themes.
