Here is my routine.
1. Cetaphil body bar warm water
2. Pat dry; on cotton pad I use tea tree antiseptic spray + aloe Vera
3. Once dry; I rub in sudocream
This helps clear up my flare ups within a week or two

i was looking for something like this, i was using the soap everyday, in all of my body, and now I'm parts of my body are dry and peeling off, even using the CeraVe cream, so as you said, I wouldn't recommend using it everyday: (

I always get a few during the summer and volleyball season, I-m a sports person, so sweat is my enemy, causes acne to grow. I always make sure to shower right away after any workout, but still appear anyway
