One of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you-re serious-
Use sunscreen as much as possible when you-re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you-re going for a swim, perhaps more often.
And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that-s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.
And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don-t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
Anyway, that-s my two cents.

To add onto the skin care, you can have the best skin care routine ever but if you consume tons of sugar it won-t save you from having lots of acne, I know from experience. I went from a ton of acne to none in 2 weeks of not drinking soda

5 out 7 don-t use the dryer sheet in gym bag but great tip. I-ve never gotten my nails done and probably never will, sorry but somethings are best left for the ladies that-s there time

antiperspirant at night is an old trick. it requires 6 hours to soak in and clog pores and by the way, wet roll ons work better than sticks and spray antiperspirants
