She Loves You, Billie Jean and (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction are maybe the greatest substitute in list history. Also, number 1 doesn't have a chorus as it doesnt follownthe definition of a chorus, it has what you correctly called a climax. Choruses have to repeat DURING a song. Or else Na na na na na na na on Hey Jude is a chorus. And if it is) a chorus, how the hell isn't it in this list

-That’s not Journey.
-Pretty weak list. Some of these choices aren’t even the best chorus from that band, e. g, Elton has much, MUCH stronger & catchier choruses.
- how much did Bryan Adams pay to get on this list
-Also, a lighter up for Brad Delp.

Top list could easily be more.
Nirvana Smells like teen spirit
Iron Maiden. Run to the Hills
Evanescence. Bring me to life
Meatloaf. Paradise by the dashboard light
David Guetta ft Sia. Titanium
Still was a good one to watch

This is the first time I really heard the singer of Journey that ISN'T Steve Perry. WOW, he's got pipes!
Perry will ALWAYS be my favorite but, I have to give props to that young man (Sorry, I don't know his name.

You missed like a prayer by Madonna, call me maybe by Carly Rae Jepsen, and bad Romance by Lady Gaga. You can easily lose any of those songs that you put on that list in favor for all three of these.

Rocket Man is NOT about an astronaut. It's a metaphor used to describe addiction and the consequences of being separated from your spouse, and having to live in a dark place.

How can you ihcude the Elvis Presly in this list! He had no talent, and was just a product of the time - and I suspect didn't even write most/all of what he performed.

How are the Proclaimers not on here I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) is iconic for having a chorus that goes so hard everyone knows it paired with verses that nobody does.

A couple other memorable choruses are Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit, and Beck's Loser. I mean I'm a loser baby, so why don't you kill me (get crazy with the cheese whiz)

Do top songs with best background vocals Like Stevie Nick's sings background to Christine McVee in Lies. Michael McDonald to Christopher Cross in Ride Like the Wind.

You're Canadian and you say Life Is A Highway is by whatever a Rascal Flatts is Oh, it's a crap cover version from an animated film Eww. Justice for Tom Cochrane!

You're probably caught between an injunction and a hard place, but playing Don't Stop Believing without Steve Perry's vocals is rather than antic-climactic.

It would have been nice to have at least mentioned Tom Cochrane for Life is a Highway even if the intended version for this list was the Rascal Flatts cover

Mr Brightside is insanely catchy, especially the chorus, though the lyrics are about a man seeing his girlfriend cheat on him. Younger me was totally oblivious.

Great list. Personally Queen deserves an entire list of their own regarding songs (be it chorus, guitar riffs, etc) that didn't have to go that hard.

Really Rascal Flatts' weak cover of Life Is a Highway gets an honorable mention while the Tom Cochrane original is ignored Absolutely shameful.

Bohemian Rhapsody is not even on this list, while a LOT of people think it's one of the best songs ever and has an insanely catchy chorus.

Obviously you could put any number of songs on this list - but my most obvious omission is Bring Me To Life from Evanescence
