Hi, for me there are loads and loads and loads of pokemon that have caught my eye since I started watching the anime back I 1997, it's very hard for me to have one number one favourite, but some of those mentioned are, I love Togepi, Mew, Vulpix, Squirdle, Eevee but others like Chikorita, Totodile, Charmander, I can go all day and I still wouldn't finish mentioning my fav. Speaking of Eevee I love it too but I would have to evolve it, TBH if I was a trainer I would go for all eeveelutions plus one Eevee. I love them all.

One Teddiursa was a menace in the anime, in the episode UnBEARable which used it's cuteness to deceive Ash and his friends, and the same went for Togepi, but one upped the aforementioned Teddiursa by being a total menace to Ash, his friends, and even Team Rocket in the episode Where No Togepi Has Gone Before!

How about Phanpy. Who doesn't love elephants, especially when they're babies.
As a 90's kid who watched the 1st gen. If they were real, I would want my starter to b Rapidash. I spontaneously felt a connection to it. I would want it as a baby that hatched, so we could grow together. Both character and age.

It's pretty amazing how a lot of Pokemon start out small and cute, But become big and ugly when they evolve. I mean I know that doesn't happen to all Pokemon depending on the species, But I'm just saying some Pokemon have cute, evolved forms while others have ugly and vicious ones.

As much as I love Tinkaton, I have to ask, what is its beef with Corviknight that it made it forge its hammer out of that specific Steel Type

Pawmi really deserves a spot on the list. The face it does the doggy paddle in the water and can actually swim is seriously one of the cutest things you’ll see in Scarlet and Violet.
