Top 20 DreamWorks Songs That Didn't Have To Go THAT Hard

we’re counting down our picks for DreamWorks songs that are complete bangers for no reason. Our countdown includes songs from movies How to Train Your Dragon 2, Mr. Peabody & Sherman, The Bad Guys and more! Which DreamWorks song do you listen to independent of its movie It should be noted that there is a soundtrack for The Road to El Dorado on iTunes, BUT that soundtrack falls flat when one compares it to the songs used in the movie. Sowill DreamWorks release the actual Motion Picture Soundtrack or no, we have to live with listening to garbage

Before clicking on this video, I somehow forgot that my favorite DreamWorks movie has Bryan Adams singing every song on the soundtrack. once I remembered, it was a no brainer that at least a few of those songs would appear on this list.

Came just to make sure Car Wash, Good Tonight, The Plagues, It’s tough to be a god, The Trail we blaze, Here I am & I need a hero was on here.
But not putting Get off of my back, Sound the Bugle & Favourite Fearless Hero is a crime.

I really felt bad that Joseph King Of Dreams kind of was forgotten by everybody that is a prequel to The Prince of Egypt, that beautiful music 'Know Better Than I' is very much like 'When You Believe' a message about faith.

Car Wash from Shark Tale
I Like to Move It from Madagascar
Accidentally in Love from Shrek 2
Can’t Stop the Feeling from Trolls
Holding On to a Hero from Shrek 2
Those are so good listening to

I always knew 'Deliver US' is DreamWorks most powerful song that didn't have to go that hard, because it's easily one of the most epic musical opening in all 2D animated films including Disney as well.
reply

You Know Better Than I is one of my favourite songs. I even love the song ever since I first watch the movie as a kid and I listen to it a lot and still do to it's day. I just can't get enough of it.
reply

Deliver Us isn't even that good though. I get it, people love the old school, but that song really doesn't go that hard and isn't that good imo. Almost everything in the shrek franchise was better

I just saw King Fu Panda 4 the 28th Movie I Saw By Myself, it was awesome. Jack Black’s Baby One More Time playing in my head and I bought myself a rockstar guitar necklace and cool bracelets

I kid you not when I say that EVERYBODY in the theater was dancing to I Like to Move it when it started playing, my mom included. And The Plagues is my favorite song from The Prince of Egypt.
reply

I was so happy that 'The Trail We Blaze' is on the list because that song has always been my favorite from The Road to El Dorado and all thanks to the musical team who did The Lion King.
reply

Eldorado and spirit are probably my favorite Dreamworks soundtracks you can’t top Elton John that I have a feeling holding out for a hero will top this list
reply

Prince of Egypt was one of my all time favorites as a kid. I still listen to the music to this day. They did not have to go THAT hard for the soundtrack.

Anyone else watches the road to El Dorado when they’re off work and or not busy and introduce it to the younger generation
Or is it just me

The Shrek movies had THE best soundtracks, from the Proclaimers, to Smash Mouth, Counting Crows, Joan Jett and Bonnie Tyler, they were simply unforgettable.

I thought for SURE that a Better Place would be higher up on the list, I think it’s actually better than Can’t Stop The Feeling to be honest.
reply

I was just a baby when The Prince of Egypt was released. Watching it in my childhood, I love it! It’s my number one favorite DreamWorks movie
reply

I know end credit songs don’t count but I am surprised that Tenacious D’s cover of Hit Me Baby One More Time isn’t on this list.
reply

Since I was very young when Madagascar came out, having never heard the original I like to Move it, I presumed that it was written for the movie.
reply

Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Joseph: King of Dreams, The Prince of Egypt and SharkTale are my favorite DreamWorks soundtracks
