Wow! Some of these are downright confusing! Like what are they getting at? Or in what world is it OK to ask this? I have to say #6 was one I hadn't seen before. And since I haven't seen the full clip in context my opinion is clearly not the most qualified but she did seem to come on highly irritated and snotty. So it didn't seem to me like she was handling a situation where she was being disrespected and responding with grace and dignity it seemed like she was the one being disrespectful - although saying she needed a nap was probably not a good way to handle it - if you treat others with disrespect you are probably going yo get the response your behavior deserves - as these clips prove. But as I said, without seeing all that was said or what happened going into the interview to put her attitude in context it's not fair for me yo try to judge. I would just say that in general there is a difference between standing up for yourself to outrageously offensive questions and just being rude or bratty - because your a celebrity and think your better than everyone else even when no one is being inappropriate. We have all seen instances of that and whether or not this is one, ordinary people deserve respect too. And celebrities are people - asking them about their bodies and private issues is just not OK- and it seems really weird that some people truely don't seem to get that.

I was an upcoming female child star who was at like 8 years old at the time was interviewed and asked by a man if I masterbated. I had never heard that word before and funny enough I couldn't even pronounce it correctly because of my speech problem which lead to both hilarity and awkwardness especially when he had to explain to me what it was and even more about the female anatomy that I still hadn't discovered yet. He came up with the question because many boys my age were likely doing that and thought girls would too. I don't remember how the rest of the interview went or what my answer was I just remember that hilariously awkward question that only an obvious little kid could make things worse about. I laugh about that now.

For the record, Christian Bale talks about how much weight he lost or gained for each role. It's one of the main things people discuss about him simply because of the insane devotion he shows for each part he plays. In that particular movie Anne Hathaway was working with Christian Bale. It's not an off-limits question. Hugh Jackman goes way into detail about his training and eating regime when he does interviews as well.
I'd say about half of these are celebrities just wanting to be antagonistic.

Anne Hathaway always gotta be difficult. Girls in general hate to be asked about their fitness. If I interview Thor or the rock I wanna know what workouts they were doing and want they were eating to get in such good shape. For guys its a compliment when we ask about your workout routine and diet.

I don't watch any of these interviews as a rule, but it seems to me that most, if not all of the celebs B$ detectors are at the point of being so super sensitive that they instantly enable their IGAF personality when the situation calls for it. For that, I give them major props.

I cant even imagine how challenging it is to always/often be in the spotlight. Maybe when crazy questions are asked, the actor/person flips the question back onto the reporter. Big hugs all around!
