This women can't be real.
Must be an actress.
Nobody is this perfect in every area.
Intelligence, good looks, great legs, humor.
And, she has the uncanny ability to both give her medical opinion of the injuries and realize it is only a movie so you can't take the injuries seriously.
I think, in real life, if she saw a guy fall and land on a car with so much force he crushed the car, she wouldn't bother checking on him because she knows cars are a lot stronger than people so he would need a coroner, not a trauma surgeon.
But she plays along with the movie.
Usually, you don't get beauty, brains and a great personality. You only get one of the three.
I think if you met her socially and didn't know who she was, she would have a normal conversation with you like a normal person and not talk down to you like you are a peasant.
I also like how she showed concern for the poor burn nurse that would have to pick out the feathers, instead of treating the nurse like her slave.

I have experienced a post between the legs first hand and no, it is not very nice. When I was about 12 I went on some monkey bars with some friends. Being short, I was too low to reach the bars even with the small ladder to step up to them. It had been raining too and so I jumped to grab the bars. My fingers slipped and I went straight back down with my legs going either side of the ladder and the ladder segment going right up into the no-zone. I was out of breath and couldn't talk or anything for about 5 minutes. The whole region was red, purple and blue and using the toilet was not a nice experience for about a month after than. Sitting was off the table entirely! Somehow, I went on to have 2 kids so thank goodness!

This Surgeon is incredibly out of touch about the real world. Wow. Things that I've had happen to me with no injury she claims is serious, and things that would obviously cause serious injury she says is no problem. Touching a red hot metal object for 4 seconds straight is a 2nd degree burn? Seriously? Good lord, you have no clue. 100ms and you're in 2nd degree territory. And 120V liquifying your organs? Do you know anything about what you're talking about? I hope I never have to rely on her to do my surgery.

i got burned due to cooking oil overflow. which was back in April of this year. you should have seen it it looked ugly. there's also a time i think a year ago i was emptying my dishwasher where i put a glass cup in the cupboard only for it to fall while is was pushing stuff back. i would have let it fall in the sink but i try to catch it only for it to break and slit my wrist in the process. i had to get stiches but luckily, no major vein was harmed otherwise i would have bled more than what happened.

Had a sort of a bad July 4th once, when I was runt. That morning I had gone outside barefoot and inadvertently stepped on a pile of ants. That evening, barefoot yet again, got a minor burn on my foot. Next day, I go to play outside, I've learned my lesson, wear shoes ya dweeb! I was walking around through a pile of scrap lumber on the side of our house, got a nail through the shoe in to my foot, fortunately it didn't go all the way through. Wore my shoes and still hurt myself.

Actually, it is possible to get that fine splintered glass out of your foot. I've done it. How did I do it? Hot melt glue stick. Heat the end up with a lighter until it just starts to melt. stick it over where the glass is. let it harden, and pull it off. Glass comes out with the glue.

-I think Kevin McCallister needs help-
Why? for defending himself with lethal force when the 2 adults are invading his house while brandishing weapons (1) and attacking him while brandishing loaded firearm(2? It's called self defense. it's a thing in most states.

Okay. the camera really needs to stay higher up. When it keeps showing her legs, I lose all focus. And I don't think that is my fault, if I was in the room with her, I could control where I was looking. But in a video, the editor is controlling what I see.
reply

I forgotten how hard these boo-boos hit. I even let out an audible grunt because of how much that'd hurt.
Meanwhile, without even raising a brow, she calmly explains how every conceivable way they'd mess you up and in much depth of the injury.

reply

So what I'm gathering is that these two career criminals could have easily ended up killed by a lone 8 year old just because the kid set up so many things that had potential to cause severe injuries. Sounds about right for 8 year olds.
