Intended to pick up where the original show left off, the web series -Star Trek Continues- has brought about a wave of nostalgic appreciation for the classic sci-fi show. After a successful Kickstarter campaign and now, with two full webisodes under its belt, the show, by producer/director/super fan/star Vic Mignogna, is ushering in brand-new voyages of the starship Enterprise

The sets are fantastically made by talented fans and those who invested their time and energy into it with Vic to make'em with a solid production crew behind it all. Would so love to see somebody build the; Battlestar Galactica bridge sets from the classic '78 series, or the Dr Who 90's movie Tardis control room for fan made productions of those legendary sci-fi TV series as well, but with a modern updating of; CGI to boot for the ships and whatnot, and to also have the attention to detail of real practical sets however!

Vic isn't just an incredible actor and producer. He seems like an incredible human being as well. I wish I could meet him and thank him personally for giving me the Star Trek I want and love. There are times when watching -Continues- that I have to remind myself that I'm watching a fan made production. It is that good. It has the same heart and soul that Gene brought all those years ago. If only Vic and his talented cast and crew where on the big screen. I would pay and pay again.

It's a shame the CBS lawsuit with another production company, has cut short the plans for Star Trek Continues and other fan productions.
But all good things come to an end. VM has stated elsewhere, that STC will wrap-up the five year mission in the next three episodes.
Great job! Goes out to the writers, producers, cast and crew. STC carried on the tradition of story first, tech second. Thank you.

This is so moving that it brings tears to my eyes. I couldn't POSSIBLY give Vic and the the gang at STC higher accolades! STUNNING and SUPERB in every possible way imaginable. Star Trek LIVES and thrives! BEST sci-fi series since the original series and of course my other fave from down under. Farscape! Speaking of which, Gigi in episode 6 put the cherry on top. KUDOS! WARP AT MAXIMUM!

SPLENDID! Since I was 9 years old in 1969 and it ended abruptly, all I ever wanted was for Star Trek TOS to continue. Vic Mignona's eleven episodes have put a cap on it - FINALLY, after 50 years! And that he loves it is evident through and through. That makes it all the better! Thank-you Vic. -May the road rise up to meet you! -

I know VIc won't see this, but 'Captain', your vision of Trek is SO much in line with TOS it's scary, the detail, the look, the tone, music, sets. you even have the sets laid out as they were for filming at Desilu 51 years ago.
IF you can do more STC, please do. It would be a shame to see this mission end as well.

Can't express in words the emotion and humble admiration to you and uour team.
Thanks in the name of all Humans on Planet Earth.
These episodes teach about being human and why peace and cooperation are stronger and better than war and greed.

I'm not a Star Trek fan but seeing someone follow their dreams and invest so much to do so and not even bat an eye about it is incredibly inspiring. Not to mention its Vic Mignogna, the Fullmetal freaking Alchemist!

Thank you for these incredible new seasons of Star Trek. Like you, I grew up with Kirk as a father figure. After watching these new episodes, I consider you being as much Captain James T. Kirk, as was Shatner. Great job!

Wow this is incredible! It's a great behind-the-scenes look of a fan show that is so accurate to the original that it's scary. Looking forward to the premiere of the new mirror mirror episode this coming Sunday: -)
