Scattered throughout our Solar System lie hundreds of moons, each fitted with unique dangers and threats. And today, Chase will be visiting some of the most treacherous of these worlds to find out the worst each moon has to offer. 00: 00 What Would Dying on Every Moon Be Like 00: 33 Titan 04: 31 Enceladus 10: 31 Mimas 13: 21 Phobos 17: 38 Triton 19: 48 Ganymede 22: 43 Callisto 24: 25 Io 25: 04 Charon 28: 11 The Moon Support us on Patreon: Get the What if book: Join this channel to get access to perks: Interested in sponsoring our episodes or collaborating Email us: contactunderknown. com Our other channels: How to Survive: Aperture: T-shirts and merch: Newsletter: What If elsewhere: Discord: Whatsapp: Instagram: Twitter: Facebook: Produced by Underknown: #whatif #moon #space #cosmos #astronomy #nasa #science #solarsystem

The main problem I see with some of the deaths is that they all seem like extreme cases or assume the suite has no seal to keep the atmosphere in/out. I mean how do you drown in a suit that has an air supply With the exception of sinking into a substance that is deeper than you can handle or feasibly get out of safely, your life support would at least keep you alive for a bit, worst case you suffocate when your tank's deplete or go too deep and get crushed by the pressure.
Also those helmet lenses, and subsequently the rover windows, seem awful fragile. That Earth Moon Death was BS because he would have bigger issues of venting his life support to the vacuum of space before those Microglass shards tore up his lungs.

If I had the tech and the funds, I would build a Health Resort on Titan. It also rains Amino Acids. Perfect for a Health Spa. And posting this as it's my idea.
Though first of all Musk and Branson need to get together and build that Orbital Space Hotel. And Moon Base. Then we need to get Japan, China and Germany talking to build that Space Elevator.

In reality, first you must be able to prove the outer earth is real and exists as told taught and fed to the poor species. And when you proved that all space agencies and space shit and heliocentric model are real and our night sky is not a baby room ceiling lights and objects, then we can talk abt dying planets BS. Spare us the SFI

Although, to be honest, something moving at 31, 000 MPH would instantly vaporize poor Chases head or any part of his body that got hit from the catastrophic levels of kinetic energy being transfered into Chase at the moment of impact.
Dude would not have a head, or even a torso left after something like that.

It makes you wonder: are these moons just hostile rocks orbiting giant planets, or are they testing grounds cosmic reminders of how fragile life is outside Earth And if danger lurks on every moon, could there be one hiding something else entirely a place not meant to kill us, but maybe to sustain us

16: 05 Why is it cracking I don't think the surface is much different than the vacuum of space.
Triton is the only real moon Neptune has. All the others are basically asteroids.
Callisto is the place you should go to if you want to be outside of Jupiter's main radiation belt.

Chase must be survived for once atleast on one single planet & also please upload chase videos daily, you know whenever chase in those videos things become very interesting & entertaining. Hopefully you will work on this & also Thank you for information & knowledge!

Ganymede’s radiation is enough to kill you within months. Better than Europa and Io, because this is enough time for you to potentially settle there. Unlike Europa and Io which would kill you before you could build any base.
reply

24: 10 no it wouldn't instantly freeze your body because of a lack of any atmosphere. You will lose heat the most inefficient way via radiation. In space (which acts as an insulator) it would take 12-26 hours to freeze solid.

Chase is looking a little pale. He needs a tan. Send him to the Sun. What about the Mariana Trench. How bout going into a semi, but not exploding volcano. How about Stevenson 2-18, or WOH G64. It'll help with his tan.

Funny that the outcome is always the same; DEATH. So instead of your title suggests the same outcome, why not What would trying to survive on every moon be like Way more fun and not predictable. Now, skipping vid!

OK if you’re inside a spaceship that has oxygen inside of it you wouldn’t die from it because there’s no methane inside the ship that doesn’t make no senses. how do you like your Chase poacher fried
reply

I know Chase's quirk is to die on these explorations, and feeling sorry for him aside, I will give him credit: he always gets me to check out these videos if he's the center of them.
reply

The teller guy I forgot the name of is stronger than Chase
He could literally stand on Triton and told about Triton and what would happen to people there, all while he had no helmet on

reply

If that was true about moon dust the Apollo astronauts would have all died. The Lunar landers interiors got covered in moon dust, the astronauts said it smelled like gunpowder.
reply

I feel enceladus wouldn't kill you like that because if gravity is so low then he should be able to handle those rocks relatively well it'd hurt a tiny bit but not to this extent
reply

To Ganymede and Titan,
Yes sir I've been around
How the Jupiter Mining Corporation have colonised many of the moons in the Red Dwarf universe.

GG, best vid yet, also Chase most likely has a Grim Reaper, but personal one following him, becuase nobody dies that much THAT often.
reply

The What If Show, words can not describe how upset and angry i am with the whole world and mother nature and want to know why

For someone who sleeps to your videos, this was gross with how many ads were put on this video. Good otherwise, but dang.
