Since there cannot be children/people who have never suffered, the act of creating children, technically, is the origin of all their suffering so therefore, creating children would be the sin, as you damn them to a life of suffering and eventual death
Worse still, no human is capable of living perfectly and sinlessly, so you have also caused every sin that brat will ever commit.
Therefore it is morally indefensible ever to do, as it is capable only of causing suffering and death.
