I learned from this video that migratory birds are suffering from human land development. But it wasn't just the damage the migratory birds suffered. I was shocked that this was damaging to humans as well and that it was eventually becoming a vicious circle. There are government support and solutions to improve these problems, but they are still serious. I am really grateful to know these matters now and I am please the fact that they can be improved by only my efforts. So I'll start by breaking the habit of turning on the lights for long periods of time until the late night for migratory birds.

As we know, birds travel on their own. If you look at the sky, you can often see it. But their number is decreasing, too. Why is that? I knew that maybe it was because of us. Just as we are sensitive to sudden changes when we travel, so are birds. The act of removing their habitat to improve our quality of life is a very serious change for them. If the population of birds decreases, our lives will definitely show signs of change. We have to move to prevent this. Who knows if our small actions, even small movements, will contribute greatly to the bird's journey? Therefore, we must act.

This video made me realize for the first time that the movement of migratory birds is not just long, but at the risk of their lives. We also learned how little we humans think about nature through the migration of migratory birds. Therefore, I became interested in migratory birds that I was not interested in through this video, and I wondered what kind of migratory birds I was passing through our country. And in the future, I think it would be nice if we had more interest in ways in which we can coexist with nature.

Hey
Pretty much everything is still being studied. Gravity is still being studied. We do not get out data from the wind farms, it is important to not get your data from the fossil fuel companies either. There are independent studies, which makes this reliable.
I seriously doubt that windmill companies have an agenda to hide their bird mortality rate, seeing as how even at the high end, there are still far greater dangers for birds than windmills or even fossil fuels. It is of no concern, either way

Nope, I only replied to what I wanted to. What you thought was probably the strong point of your comment, I found to be ignorant and unworthy of a response. It is clear to me that you don't care about the facts, you only want to argue your own position (even though you claim that's what I'm doing.
All I want to do is learn the most I can about the subject and share what I know, I don't have an agenda. I'm not arguing with someone who does have an agenda. Sorry.

Interestingly enough, not really. They do kill birds, but they do kill birds less than their alternative - fossil fuels. This has actually been studied, and is still being investigated. The mortality rate caused from windmills, it seems, is highly unreliable. However, most studies from various sources all show that the mortality rate is still significantly lower than that caused from fossil fuel plants.
Don't believe anything you hear coming from big oil.

I want to note as a Citizen Scientist for the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, feeding and providing nest boxes for birds needs to be done in particular ways, otherwise efforts can be wasteful or worthless to the birds who need it. Check out The Cornell Lab's Project NestWatch and Project FeederWatch for more information on how to do those activities safely and properly.

You continue attempting to create an argument with me without analyzing what I have said. Perhaps you should compare TED's newest videos with their older ones and my point is valid instead of trying to use poor linguistic skills to portray yourself as an academic in an attempt to credit yourself. I have no desire to argue with you, especially when you do not consider analyzing what was said in the first place.

Before I watch this video, I didn't know that migrating birds were at risk. Birds take pesticides as they move around and lose their habitat in land development. It was a pity that the cause of this result was people. In order to solve this problem, there is a soultion, but i think it is necessary to help the government implement it more positively. I hope this will help the birds to migrate safety.

This video gave me an opportunity to think about the environment.
I, who didn't really think about the environment, heard the story of birds and learned a lot about the environment and the path of movement.
It is a video that played while leaving the text of the textbook during the school class, which helped me study.
We need to develop an idea of how to preserve the environment.
