you know what kills my energy? BEING ALONE WHEN BORED! literally im almost sending everyone i know a message asking hey, do you have time to acknowledge my existence and tolerate it a bit? i just NEED to talk to people sometimes, spend time with them sharing thoughts because its just boring doing everything alone I WANNA BOND! at the end i dont even feel motivated to do anything else because its just not interesting enough anymore until i actually get out of it an ambivert with bpd

I agree, I have a problem with clutter. But when I recently tried to clean everything up I remembered why I'm not doing that. I have way too many things. I have more items than a place for them. And I can't get rid of them 'cause I need them all! So trying to organize unorganizable leaves me even more stressed, so I'm trying to create just some space and pretend everything's fine.

Wake up, get out of bed immediately, drink some water and stretch BEFORE your coffee or tea.
Listen to some happy plucky you can do this type music, have a short timed shower not too long. And have a small, healthy breakfast. Toast hardboiled egg, smoothie, yogurt fruit, lean meat.
Just stay up and moving

Been feeling super tired during the work day for like a week. just realized watching your video that I have blinders on my windows to keep out sunlight so I can see my screen better midday, but I haven't been opening it at all this past week, so I've never been getting any sunlight until I leave work! Doh!

Helpful video right now. I found this video too late yet I am that atleast now I am able to know these many facts.
Every reason that you gave was what I am doing now but I didn't realise that they are for draining my energy.

What if i worked for 10 hours on my feet at a fast pace, which i do, and then sit for 5 hours? Is that ok? Also, what is overthinking? Thinking positively is one thing, but you can't really over think. oof. You got me on the clutter. I have nothing to say I'm basically a hoarder at this point.

omg I have all of these habits, no wonder I always feel so tired after learning or communicating for a short amount of time. But I don't actually understand the light therapy lamp, is there any other way to get enough sunlight without going out? because I'm scared of uv light TT

for the clutter thing its really hard and overwhelming to clean a super messy room, so when my room gets bad i pick one corner and super deep clean it, assessing if i really need some things, putting things back where they belong, wiping and dusting, etc

I overthink and I have a ton of clutter! I can say that I clutter things because I do so much through out the day, that at the end of the day I just don't want to do the uncluttering. I will set some time this sunday to de-clutter my spaces!

I literally do all of these things and bc of that Ive felt the most tired Ive ever felt in my life. And I didnt realize till I watched this video that those were the reasons why. So this gives me the motivation to get better!

Constantly being on a computer or my phone can definitely zap my energy. It also doesn't help my mood either. I really try to get off at least two days a week. Do things that don't involve my phone or barely use it at all.

During high school, I would usually be energic while having school, work, and 3 sports. After my last year, I found myself very tired and sluggish, but it was because of the 4 bad habits in this video.

What if you're always exhausted because you're chronically ill? Is it still okay to rest or does that make it being a couch potato and only makes things worse? It's so hard to find the balance

The fact that I do 3/4 of these makes me realize why I've been feeling so drained and upset lately. Thanks a lot for making me realize what I need to change!

As soon as any problems arise mentally physically or in normal habits like eating or focusing for work, checking your water intake and hydration is important and a straight forward solution.

At this point since every therapist in the country is booked, I have given up thinking there is help out there in the world. There is only me, to help me, so I better just get on with life.
