Is there anything you regret doing in the past? When were young, we make mistakes. A lot of them. But thats one way we learn and grow as a human. We learn from our mistakes, and we can become stronger from any pain we may have experienced. But wouldnt it be nice to know which mistakes many young people make? And ultimately regret later in life? Well, weve gathered a few of them here for you today

I never change who I am to please everyone, but I try to do my best to be respectful and kind, for example one guy we will call him Christopher, Id have to deal with him at the first 3 hours of my shift before he left, hes one of those guys who doesnt like to work, and he usually gives attitude, is silent and sometimes a bit rude, and mumbles a lot, even after trying for months to be kind to him and respectful I simply stopped trying to please him, I still remain respectful but I wont put up with nonsense. I learned trying to please everyone doesnt work when I started my first construction job. You need tough skin for construction so Im glad I went through it, it makes dealing with negative people a lot easier, and it doesnt sting so much when theyre rude.
Never change who you are to please someone because it may work in the short term, but when they figure out youre putting up a facade, theyll just hate you even more.

One thing I regret is spending too much time with my phone and social media. I wasted too much time with my phone and feeding on useless information on the internet, instead of spending time with my family, self, or doing something productive. I am trying to break this phone addiction now although sometimes I keep getting back at it. This time, I really want to stop it. I know that I can't go back to the past now and the best I can do is improve on the present. Since what I am doing every today affects my tomorrow. I hope other people with phone addiction will break from it too. Do your best everyone!

Thank you so much, I needed to hear this, There was a Girls Basketball
tryouts for my school starting in 2 weeks, I was really excited and waited for 1 year for this
just to not make it, when i hear the news i was disappointed, embarrassed, ashamed,
and gave up on basketball, but when i heard one of the list to not give up
it changed my mindset drastically, now i know that i shouldnt give up over some tryout
and try harder, hopefully i make it next year!

Ok there are some inconsistencies in this video.
You tell young people spending their money immediately is a mistake, and to save it for retirement, some people CAN'T save, because everything is more expensive now. Sometimes it's not as simple as just spending less.
Also in your later video 9 lessons in life people learn too late, you said don't cnly think about retiring, and that was released only a month after this one.
What changed?

You probably already know this, but just as an external reminder, know that you'd have my full blessing to switch topics at random to say, for instance, the territorial habits of dinosaurs, or the Great Depression, or how the Great Depression may have been worsened or improved by the re-introduction of dinosaurs into modern society and an undermotivated workforce.
You're welcome, in advance.

Another major thing young people will regret later in life is the inevitable rebellious stage with many negative repercussions. With freedom comes much responsibility. Sad thing is we are not really fully mature until 25 years old. That is 7 years of potential pitfalls we are not aware of at that stage of exploration,

for me its working out. i do it at home for free, i did it daily but i was suggested doing it a lot less per day and every other day. That caused me to do it once a week, then once every few weeks etc. Now I'm considering buying equipment. That means I've invested in it and ill feel obligation to use it.

I save a lot of money and tell my mom too and she agrees but my dad waste a lot of money and then ask my mom and me for money. Once my mom's money is gone, he asks me for money and I hate it. Well he don't drink, smoke or do anything illegal so that a good thing but still he has no control.

lol, I'm the exact opposite of 2! I save money like CRAZY! Everything that doesn't go to my parents for rent and phone and such goes straight to the bank! lol. I have more money than all my friends and (close) coworkers combined! lol.

I honestly regret right now
Theres an overnight trip that one of my closets friends went to snd I didnt
She is still there
And I didnt go just because I was embarrassed about something
So right now I feel kind of mad at myself

I had #1 and #4 as a child and teenager. BTW, I love the Genshin Impact references! My dad taught me that if you don't set boundaries and assert yourself, people are going to take advantage of you and you will begin to build resentment.

The only thing that I'm guilty of doing in this video is the first thing I was really trying to please everyone in high school but I am just done with that
reply

The amount of genshin impact references in this video, the video game itself, bts [ Bangtan sonandan], food and my mom are the only reasons I live. PERIODT.
reply

I'm only 20, yet I'm already massively regretting my unwillingness to learn new skills. Worse yet, I have no idea how to break out of that vicious cycle.
