Identifying some mental health pitfalls can be the first step towards improving your mental health. Your mental health requires as much attention as your physical health. It is important to look out for any habits of yours that may be negatively affecting your mental health. If you make an effort to recognize and eliminate such habits from your life, your mental health will certainly thank you for it

I have a hard time saying no to my parents because they always get mad at me when I say no lol and. Tommarow I have to do door knocking I really don't want to go but I already said yes, because today I refused going sign holding and I got told I wasn't supporting my mother enough.
For a example:
My mother goes on a walk and ask if I want to go, I say no thank you. A few minutes later my grandmother starts to tell me sister and I that we are lazy and how it hurt her when she said no when she went on a walk (which we are I stay in my room all day) yes I love my grandmother and she does allot for us but it's starting to get to much, its honesty making me increasingly deppresed and I can't tell my anyone but a close friend. Door knocking is miserable you have to walk for hours and go to others people's houses. I love to hang out with my mom, she is one of my biggest support. Can you help me? I know you probably won't see this but if you do, can you give me some advice?

Im acknowledging I need help but its so hard to reach out to someone. Im only a minor idk what to do, i cant talk to my friends bc I feel like theyll take it lightly or ignore it bc it happened before. ):
And I rlly think I should bc Ive been feeling on edge lately, living in the past, thinking of the future, etc and I just got a panic attack out of nowhere (when I just thought of not rlly having GAD bc I havent had any physical symptoms like GAD but suddenly I had a panIc AtTacK UHm) buT I still dont know.

The only thing that harms your mental health is living in an illusion.
Materialistic things always promote such illusions
Knowing life as it is. This is very different from understanding life as it comes.
The former one requires the necessity of qualitative thoughts. The latter one is you are waiting for something to change yourself
In the second case. You do nothing. which is actually detrimental even for your own thoughts.
These all have effect on your mental health.

i don't really know what to do cuz i'm struggling with number 4 right now, i've tried talking with my parents, they thought i was just being dramatic, i've tried friends, teachers, family, no one cares. i want to get help but i can't, i'm not allowed to go outside, i can't get tested for mental disorders, i'm just so alone, i'm like this all the time, but why would it matter? if no one cares why should i care?

1: 10 OMG THATS ME- BROOOOOO- YOU GOT EXACTLY WHAT I AM LIKE. I had a math test today and I was freaking out about it and I cry because I always think Im going to get something wrong, and I feel like my mom is kinda abusive. (not in a hurting way tho) because she yells at me constantly and I cant deal with it anymore. my mental health is going down and I cant deal with it.
reply

I deeply relate to all of these. I'm sure i dont have anxiety or depression or anything like that, but I've been feeling these signs of bad mental health for a long time, and I know I'm not feeling the way I should be. Does anyone have tips or know what I could do to make it go away? Even tho I'm a few weeks late
reply

I always think to myself if I'm doing something right or, is this good enough? Because my parents always pressure me to do my best which to me means Do it perfect or I'll yell at you
Which is what happens most of the time. If I only I did things the way they want it then I don't get yelled at.
sigh

I've been living with a fixed mindset for years, thinking I could become a pilot if I showed enough determination for it. Problem was, I had no plan B. Therefore I thought I was worthless.
In childhood, I tried different sports, and would give up very soon, if I wasn't good enough already.

reply

I think I kinda relate to the first and last part
Sometimes I regret on what I did, thinking about the things I shouldve done in the past, yet I keep on repeating the same mistakes again, its something I cant control. And I think I remember I usually sleep around 5-6 hours.

reply

Please sleep. everything will become normal. I am there to support you. to bring peace and harmony. do you know. whatever God and Guru do is to prosper us and not to harm us. provided we learn our life lessons. relax and try to sleep. I know everything will be fine soon.
reply

Optional mindsets.
A- What I didn't do yesterday
B- What is better to do today
C- I didn't do this back then, and really haven't done it, I need to worry about that, I will do it tomorrow.
D- Life is full of surprise, lets eat

Psilocybin containing mushrooms save my life. The drastically reduced my benzodiazepine withdrawal allowing me to quite illicit pill addiction after three years of heavy daily use before it would had became medically dangerous to quit
reply

It's not like I think no one cares, it's the fact that I don't want to put my mental health as a responsibility to my friends and family. I feel like I should at least be able to do that.
reply

What if you have no loved ones and you cant talk to friends Bc no ones cares truly and sees you as negative if you do talk? And paying someone to listen is dumb Bc they dont care really
reply

#3 hit HARD. Ive been able to get past the others, but I always need someone to like the things Im creating for me to find it to be worth it.
