I think it's a Boy but it doesn't matter. Health is important.
I've 6 Girls and 3 boys. JANI can be for both girl or Boy. It's a mix from Ja(ke) & Ni(cole. You can pronounce it in different ways. Or NIJA, JACO I like uncommon names but this baby is a really love baby. Choose a good name, ponder about it. You'll know. I always prayed about it and asked the child to tell me the name he or she wanted. My children are all happy with their names
Serenity also lovely but it's long.

First off, Congratulations.
regarding overpopulation. There are almost no positive population birthrates in developed countries. population explosion happens when a country that was used to have 10 kids and 8 dying, find healthcare and education and have a period of still having high birthrate and low mortality before trending down to having 2-3 kids or less. with your ability to have kids, its great to have at least a replacement amount of kids. I'm sure you will raise them wonderfully.

To Nicole: rather than spend an hour filling water-tainers and water jugs, have Jake build a small cantilevered platform on the upper wall of the shed next to garden, perhaps with a small hand-operated ratchet and hoist device. Place the the water-tainers horizontally on the platform, adapt each cap to a water hose connector and water your garden by gravity. The energy of gravity is just as cheap as solar energy when living of the grid in the wilderness. Cheers from Kurt

Can you not complain of overpopulation and then have a baby in the same video? Seems hypocritical. Or don't complain of overpopulation at all since it's based on scarcity and lack. The number of ppl the earth can sustain is a man made number. Man made, meaning its based on control. Don't tell me you support the depop agenda -. No human should be able to judge who deserves to be here and who does not.

An alternative to gravity watering you garden (depending on the location of your hand-operated well water post and its ground elevation, Jake could build and small tower for the water-tainer platform c/w with a simple had-operated ratchet and hoist device. You could thereafter plant vines at the base of the tower to hide and ornament it.
