Best of luck WWOOFing! I've been a host for 20 years and have for the most part had amazing people visit in my home. On the down side, I've also WWOOFed and my children. We've ended up at hosts houses who didn't give us safe places to sleep and inadequate food. I really take care of my guests. They become a part of our family and we always discover parts of Alberta that they wouldn't otherwise see on their usual limited budgets. Hope it works out all over the world for you: )

Feu the 5 photos brand chinese herbs. Toi can but it in Arizona but toi have to put it in half grain alcool and half isopropyl alchool at 70%.
Let sit the battle for one week or two. Shake it one time per day.
Keep it in dry cool place and keep it from light.
When it's done you put a amout of the liquid in your palm.
Gently rub the aera that you want to treat.
Do this 3x in the morning and 3x at bed time.

Last year I fractured my 5th metatarsal on my right foot. Thankfully it didn't need operating, but I was put in a cast and unable to put weight on it for over a month. Hope yours was just a false alarm; )
