Within a couple of minutes I was about to switch off but the lister kept my attention. So the Lister was faster in the first drag race. Mat screwed up the launch yet the lister crossed the line in the same amount of time as the X6, therefore it must have been travelling at a higher speed to claw back the difference caused by the bad start, so with a good launch it would most likely have beaten the X6, just my opinion. Ive said it a million times in the real world superchargers are better for throttle responce thats what makes the car fun instant power. Clarkson demonstrated it best with a 400 hp evo accelerating in 5th gear at low revs against a slow car in 5th gear as well and it was losing yet in a drag race it beat a lambo. Proof is in the pudding turbo cars are boring

Do not buy the X6M.
BMW have issues with the brakes that cannot be fixed.
They scream like mad after 5 minutes of driving.
BMW refuse to even consider looking at them, said they are performance breaks.
They screech louder than the exhaust and make the car embarrassing to drive.

JLR should bring Lister Motor Company and JLR Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) under one roof (if possible) to make these amazing monster vehicles. Lister would be an amazing addition to JLR, similar to what Mercedes did with AMG. - Lister Stealth is a beast.

Drive the lister v8 supercharged then the bmw turbo and if you buy the bmw then there is something wrong with you. You cannot get better throttle responce then a v8 supercharged car even if a turbo had a million hp turbo cars are not as enjoyable not even close

Mat, in the last race yanni siad he drives around sport modeand you went into shaking routuine. With X6M Comp you can drive in sport mode with the suspension set to comfort.

I don't know who won the brake test because it was a draw tight to the 675hp Jaguar F-Pace SVR and the BMW M6 M Compitition so I can't say who won. WELL DONE Mat and Yanni

Honestly wish we could see older cars race. Like a 07 s600 amg vs a similar year alpina b7. Or an sl 55 vs a gt500. There are so many awesome cars from 2000-2012
