Wasn't it only the engine that came from the R8? Also, last I checked it was Racing Technology Norfolk that designed it and built it, but yes. The body was designed with similarities to the R8C.

Why did they let him do this? The have hundreds of spare chassis and parts, along with the other 4 that didn't win lemans. Oh well, some toys are ment to be used: )
