Grand Mesa Colorado Scenic Byway Complete Drive 4K Relaxing Colorado Rocky Mountain Scenic Driving

A complete 50 mile scenic drive north on the Grand Mesa Scenic Byway in Colorado on CO Route 65. Our journey begins heading north on the byway in Mesa, CO 10 miles up to the north end of the byway at I-70, then we jump back to the far south end of the byway and head north 40 miles back to where we started. This drive was made in August, 2020. Smoke from the Pine Gulch wildfire north of Grand Junction, CO is visible in the second half of the video. At the time, it was the largest wildfire ever recorded in Colorado and it kept burning over a month after this drive was recorded. The fire wasn't 100% contained until late-September

I’ve watched a couple of your videos. Very well done. My wife and I are coming out there in June. Ironically we’re going to be staying at Cedaredge after we see the Black Canyon at Gunnison. I was planning on going to Moab, but this scenic byway might just save me the drive. Very cool. Thanks again.

Thank you! Loved doing this drive again virtually anyways. We did this on a motorcycle 40 years ago this month. That was the summer of nearly 10, 000 miles in 10 weeks with me riding on the back of a bike! Hope I run across those pics someday soon!

Excellent video, resolution 3840x216060 cinema feel, smallest details in the entire image are resolved smoothly. Here at a bandwidth (Internet) of 50 mbps occasionally waiting time when downloading.
