Wow, 15 mnts in I thought you were going Nagualero Rune Malte Nielson with just the tranquil outdoor nature sounds and then tarp setup. but hey it's a cool vid. don't get me wrong Nagualero talks briefly in his vids. but in the end, I still enjoyed your video. I don't mean to take anything away from you I have watched dozens of your vids and the Viking build. keep up the cool vids but I am left wondering on the likes of Nagualero, and Rune Malte do you watch any of their videos and skills included in their videos. do you have any special craft/skill /apart from your cool bushcraft setup and equipment shares?

You need to come to Minnesota and do some ice fishing in one of our 10, 000 lakes, maybe head to the Boundary Waters canoe area which borders Quetico park in Canada. We have many rivers you can do week long plus trips with or without maintained campsites. We have forests that are bigger than England which you can do dispersed camping. Our north shore of Lake Superior is always beautiful with huge lake trout, we are also home to the timber wolf, a very majestic beast, it's awe inspiring to hear them call each other during a hunt.

Hey fella, could you possibly do a video on wild camping in the uk? informing us of spots that we are allowed to go and set up a camp in etc? I'm from the south coast down in Bournemouth and started to purchase my gear, of course I'll do some site camping first just to get the swing of things as I haven't camped since I was a kid. but I would really appreciate some information on wild camping for when i decide to take things a step further. If you've already done a video on this sort of thing then apologies in advance Best, Jake

Happy New Year Love watching these videos, so nice to see the English perspective Inspired me to take my son out in our local woods. He loved it and got him away from the gaming Got some birch bark from some of the fallen trees, we got a stove so hopefully he can help light it when the cold weather comes. Bless him, he even hugged a partially nice tree. keep it up

With all of that modern equipment and food from home, why not just bring along a gas stove? Seems to be more of a camping trip than being a bushman. Nothing wrong with it. The video just feels like you're really limiting yourself here. Other than the theme, it's really well made. Great techniques, great camera work, great narration.

I agree with everyone who made a comment about the cinematography. What camera and lens do you use? That shot where you're using the bow saw on standing dead timber with the out-of-focus limbs in front and the fog in the background. awesome. Assuming you're using a telephoto to get that kind of narrow DOF and bokeh?
