Agree on United’s hard product I get that you’re on routes that are bid by senior, wonderful flight attendants. For the rest of us grinding it out domestically, United offers a pretty perfunctory product even in first class. I prefer Delta for the people, who seem to be much happier with their employer. Am I not right that United’s flight attendants haven’t had a contract since 2021 Why would I want to fly with an understandably grumpy crew

I love Polaris, but it's nowhere near Singapore Airlines business class product. You don't even get something as basic as turndown service on United. The food on Singapore Airlines is the best business class food I've had in the sky. Minus the lack of a caviar service, it rivaled my dining experience in Emirates first.

Brain Frt. Because you were stating you were going to home and thought you had moved San Francisco. I assumed you were leaving from Houston. Then you said it would take 14 to 15 hours. I then thought that is a long trip, you then stated you were leaving Singapore. Now the times made sense. Again Brain Frt.

You might be correct in business class, but I can tell you the best economy by far is Delta. It’s not even a comparison.
Sure their food is not great, but it’s not great on any of the US airlines in economy but at least you get knee room

Million miler here - agree. They fly to more places in Britain from the US than BA. BA only go to little engerlandshire. My choice is Edinburgh - I guess the yoons controlling BA don't let them acknowledge Scotland.

I fly very, very frequently. I was a Delta loyal customer for quite sometime. Middle of this year I made the switch to United and I haven’t looked back. Loved my experience and only fly Delta if I absolutely have to.

Thanksgiving week of 2019 flew 4 of us flew United Business Class (FF-award) Kansas City to Sydney via San Francisco on a 787, returning via Houston (17 hours. Excellent service-(was worth the 1. 2 million miles.

As someone who flies Livestock Class on mostly CRJs, 737s, and 320s, United Polaris was a dream flight. Last year's return from Europe on a 787-8, I took a low cost upgrade at check-in. Greatest flight ever.

No idea why you think the unfriendly skies are so great
Guess when all U do is fly business class now
You forgot how bad basic economy is
They are just as bad as scare canada

Chasing status right now because their points structure sucks 160 flights and I still haven’t hit 1K. You are not rewarded for loyalty, only money. I’m penalized because I don’t fly international.

United is my favorite airline, the best US airline by far! From their app features, to the plane interiors and amenities, and the friendly flight crews they are the best!
